Return & Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Return:

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order was delivered

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on certain items, including:

Opened or used makeup products (foundation, lipstick, etc.)

Skincare products that have been opened or used

Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable"

Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition, with packaging and seals intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team at [HELP@lifeisingoodshape717cosmetic.com] or via the "Contact Us" page on our website within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

We will respond with return instructions and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Processing Time & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving your order) with your order number and a photo of the product.

We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including the shipping cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a new order for the replacement.

Non-returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)

Items purchased over 30 days ago

International Returns:

We accept returns from international customers, but the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Customs duties, taxes, and other import fees are also non-refundable.
